Our bylaws require an annual election of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. SCR Membership Survey SCR has promoted running in Southern Colorado for 35 years in a variety of ways. For a few years, SCR became a low cost, volunteer only race management organization that drained a lot of volunteer resources.
