Hello All,
We had the Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) Predict Run last Saturday and there were lots of costumes and some great food. The start was later this time, so it was almost dark before the race started but there were solar jack-o-lanterns and glow sticks to light the way. Next year you might want to bring a flashlight to help you finish the course. 47 members and 5 guests participated on a spooky night at Imperial Cemetery on the Buelah Highway and new member Will Bratina was the overall point winner missing his predicted time by 2.09 seconds. Congratulations to Will.
After the run we met inside the family reception room for lots of great food and conversation. Thanks to Joe and Liz for hosting and thanks to Charmain Dickerson from the funeral home for letting us run there. If you have not come to this predict you really need to be here next year. Our next predict is the longtime favorite, The Temple Canyon Run. Hope to see you there.
