Hello Members,
I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving and enjoyed the holiday. We ventured out to one of our favorite spots to run a predict race this weekend on the trails at BF Rockafellow Park south of Canyon City. This is great spot to have a run with the rolling hills, changing scenery and the mountains for a backdrop. 24 of our club members participated in this race and Marijane Martinez was the overall point winner, congratulations to Marijane! Afterward several members gathered at Ortega’s for a brunch after the race. If you are new to running and are looking for a way to bond to a group or meet running partners the predict race is an excellent place to find them.
