Hello Members,
This past Saturday we held our annual Harvest Predict Run at the Gold Dust on Union Avenue. The weather was perfect for running or just to relax and talk with fellow members. The free beer and appetizers made for a great afternoon and the Gold Dust did an excellent job with the food leaning more towards healthy types of fare. I thought the cauliflower was especially good. Danny Nelson did a great job of laying out the running course and missed some of the social by sweeping up our flour arrows after the race. He is a great asset for our club. Ron Dehn was our overall point winner for this race. Yeah for the old dogs!
Next Saturday we will have another afternoon predict with the Dia De Los Muertos race at Imperial Cemetery. Dress in your Halloween attire and join us for another fun run.
