Hello All,
On Saturday July 26th our club headed west to Mace’s Hole (Beulah) for the Breakfast Burrito Run. It was a very cool 48 degrees when I arrived at the park (6:30am) for the run at 8:00am. This was a fun course that stayed mainly on the dirt roads of the park except for the jaunt around the bases on the historic baseball diamond. We rented the stone pavilion, but the weather was so nice that everyone stayed outside in the shade from giant pines to enjoy the great burritos made fresh by Steel City Cafe. There was also a wide selection of Schuster’s Banquet Bakery items and mimosas to help wash it down. Malcolm Singer was the lucky raffle winer of a $50.00 gift certificate from Steel City Cafe. 51 members participated in this fun summer event and if you don’t attend, you can’t win!
